Chinabidders Enters India Heavy Industry Market & Win Orders

On Oct. 9th and 10th, 2017, the chairman of Chinabidders Mr. Kingston Wen and technical director Mr. Ouyang visited the headquaters of BHEL, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.

On Oct. 9th and 10th, 2017, the chairman of Chinabidders Mr. Kingston Wen and technical director Mr. Ouyang visited the headquaters of BHEL, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, the famous high-pressure boiler manufacturer in Trichy, south of India, negotiated the purchase 15 sets of boilers circulation pumps and other of related equipment for thermal power plants with single unit capacity of 800 MW. The Additional General Manager Mr. M. Madhappan, Deputy General Manager of Product Engineering Mr. K. Sridharan, the Business and Financial personnel from BHEL attended the negotiation.

BHEL founded in 1964, is a world-famous comprehensive electrical equipment manufacturer and one of the largest EPC contractors in India, engaged in R&D and manufacturing of hydro and thermal power equipment with capacity up to 800MW, including large boiler, steam turbine, hydro turbine, electric generator, water pump, power transmission and transformation, etc. widely used in multiple fields such as electric power generation, power transmission, industries, transportation (railway), renewable energy, oil and gas, water conservancy and defense. V-FLO Group, the mother company of Chinabidders, has established cooperation with BHEL since 2008 and the first order for 3 units of BCW pumps were awarded in 2010 through competition with the only 3 world-famous companies including Hayward Tyler Limited, Torishima Pump Mfg. At present, BHEL has in hand a number of 800MW thermal plants requiring to purchase Min. 15 sets of BCW pumps. Chinabidders, in addition to signing the contract for supplying two sets of boiler forced circulation pump units, reached long-term cooperation agreement with BHEL on supplying related supporting services for equipments procurement in China.

On October 11th, the team of Chinabidders arrived at Tuticorin, a port of India and visited Coastal Energen Pvt Ltd. and had meeting with old friends Mr. Ravi Kumar and his team and discussed about their plan for the near future.

The Coastal Energen has a very big plant to build a thermal plants complex in 3 phases. Chinabidders has supplied some electrical equipment and BCW pumps for the Phase I (2*600 MW) and the products quality and services of V-FLO has won high recognition already. Therefore, this time Coastal especially invited Chinabidders to visit their plant and held negotiation about the cooperation on the construction of Phase II (2*800 MW) and Phase III (2*1000 MW).

In the one-week business visit, Chinabidders obtains a lot and opens the purchasing and project market of heavy industry in India. In the future, Chinabidders will provide more opportunities for Chinese enterprises to enter the global market.
